Production of food (cooking) is an intricate mix of knowledge, skills This Course will help students to manage kitchen operations and creativity. When a hotel has a reputation for great food, it’s because the kitchen cooks are doing an outstanding job. They are skilled in preparing food, using kitchen equipment properly, and ensuring that everything is kept safe and sanitized, to put the highest quality food on each plate.
This Course will help students to manage operations effectively, incl. aspects of nutrition, hygiene & sanitation, inventory controls, etc.
Students completing the Course successfully, will get a Certificate of “COMMI CHEF” From THSC, and a DIPLOMA IN FOOD PREPARATION AND CULINARY ARTS From CITY & GUILDS, apart from the CCHMS Certificate as well.

- The above course fee includes training / practical classes at The Clarks Hotel, even English classes for the Students.
- During training period, students can avail SUBSIDIZED MEAL at the Hotel’s Cafeteria at Rs. 600/Month.
- During the industrial (on- the- job training), students can even get stipend from the Hotels, where they undergo training as per the respective Hotel’s policy.
