The Food and Beverage Deptt. is an important source of revenue in hotels, and deals with services of food and beverage items in Restaurants, Bars, Room service, Conferences and Banquets,
For exceptional dining, guests depend on skilled restaurant servers who warmly welcome, adeptly explain menus, serve and ensure exceptional service. As such, other than acquiring knowledge and skills related to production of food and beverages
students would also learn aspects relating to guest reception, to beverage and meal service, nutrition, hygiene & sanitation, etc.
Students completing the Course successfully, will get a certificate of “FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSOCIATE” from THSC, and a DIPLOMA IN FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES from CITY & GUILDS apart from the CCHMS Certificate as well.
Total Course Fee : Rs. 1,70,000 (18 Months)
C&G Examination/Certification Fee Extra : Rs.17,950

- The above course fee includes training / practical classes at The Clarks Hotel, even English classes for the Students.
- During training period, students can avail SUBSIDIZED MEAL at the Hotel’s Cafeteria at Rs. 600/Month.
- During the industrial (on- the- job training), students can even get stipend from the Hotels, where they undergo training as per the respective Hotel’s policy.
