DUAL Certificate Courses Offered

SIX Months Certificate Course in FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS

(3 Months Theory & Practicals + 3 Months On-The-Job Training)

The Food & Beverage department deals with services in the Restaurants, Bars, In-Room Dining, Conferences & Banquets. Students will acquire knowledge & skills related to service of food & beverages  and aspects relating to hygiene & sanitation and 

nutrition, which are significant matters of this department. Students completing the Course successfully, will get a Certificate of FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE ASSISTANT from THSC and Certificate in FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS from CCHMS.

Total Course Fee : Rs. 70,000 (6 Months)

Notes :

  1. CCHMS also has convenient payment options. Kindly contact the CCHMS office for details of the same.
  2. The above course fee includes training / practical classes at The Clarks Hotel, even English classes for the Students and Examination/Certification Fees of THSC.
  3. During training period, students can avail SUBSIDIZED MEAL at the Hotel’s Cafeteria at Rs. 600/Month.
  4. During the industrial (on- the- job training), students can even get  stipend from the Hotels, where they undergo training as per the respective Hotel’s policy.
