1. The first 3 months (of the Certificate courses) & 12 months (of the Diploma Courses) are devoted to Theory & Practical classes, with the theory classes conducted at our “Extended Outside Facility”
2. The Practical training is conducted at the 5- star Clarks Hotel, Varanasi. This is a UNIQUE FACILITY (which is not available anywhere else in our Region), wherein students get to optimize the co- relation of the classroom learning with the real environment of an ENTIRE 5-STAR HOTEL BEING AVAILABLE FOR TRAINING PURPOSES.
3. The next 3 months (of Certificate Courses) & 6 months (of Diploma Courses) is when students undertake On- the- job (Industrial) training in good 5 & 4 - star hotels, in the departments they are specializing in, both in & around Varanasi as well as the other cities.
4. The 3 years program in Tourism & Hotel Management covers All operational departments of a Hotel, apart from Management subject too.

1. CCHMS is affiliated to:
   i) The THSC (Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council) under The “Skill India” Initiative, Govt. Of India.(For both the 6 & 18 Months Courses)
   ii) CITY & GUILDS, United Kingdom.(For the 18 Months Diploma Course)
2. For the 3 years BA in Tourism & Hotel Management Degree Program, students are enrolled at an IGNOU - recognised Study Center, nearest to the CCHMS premises and also acquire a "Certificate of Proficiency" from the CCHMS/Clarks Hotel at the end of the 3 years Program.

a). Age (For All Courses) :
Candidates should be above 18 years of age (as of 15th June of the year of joining the Program.) Further although candidates should ideally be around 21-22 years old (as of 15th June of the year of their joining the Program). CCHMS does not assign any upper age limit in keeping with its Philosophy "ITS NEVER TOO LATE TO START LEARNING."
b). Educational Qualifications :
1. FOR CERTIFICATE COURSES : Minimum eligibility : 10th pass.
2. FOR DIPLOMA COURSES :Candidates should have passed their XIIth Std. exam from a recognized Board.
3. FOR THE 3 YEARS COURSE : Clear pass in class XIIth (as on 15th June of the year of joining), from a Board recognized by IGNOU New Delhi. The Program also requires a Class Xth English Score of 70% or above. The equivalent of this in CBSE is B2 Grade or a 7 Grade point or above.
4. Smart, energetic & pleasant personality.
5. Good communication skills incl. English Language.

1). On successful completion of the Programs/Courses, candidate would be considered for jobs at the Clarks Hotels at appropriate levels in the department that they have specialized in.
2). Further if the candidates desire, CCHMS assists them in the placements process at other prospective hotels as well by having them meet the potential employers for the vacancies available in their respective organizations. As such, although CCHMS does not take responsibility for jobs, students who have performed well during the course, can expect to be picked up by Clarks & Others hotels in appropriate job - positions.

1. ) Certificate courses are scheduled to start from the second half of April 2025.
2. ) Diploma courses wef mid-May 2025.
3. ) The 3 Years Program will commence from mid-June 2025

1. Applicants go through the Prospectus & decide to enroll by filling up and submitting the Provisional Admission/Registration Form
2. CCHMS would screen the applications & short- listed candidates would undergo a Personal Interview (PI) with the CCHMS Management.
3. After the personal interviews, the results would be declared , and the selected students would start off in the Program after completing the requisite pre-joining formalities.

The hospitality & tourism industry encompasses a whole lot of opportunities- Hotels, Resorts (Both hill & sea resorts), Clubs, Restaurants, Catering Establishments, Cruise lines, Airlines, Flight Catering, BPO’s, Corporates, etc.
And, depending upon how you well you have picked up in your Course of Studies, these sectors will all be open to accept you in their establishments (starting with the Clarks Hotel itself) depending upon your own decision.

Apart from the RIGHT ATTITUDE & CONFIDENCE in application of the required knowledge & skills to “real – life work situations, students must also respect “Dignity Of Labour”, be ready to put in long hours at work, and have a Passion for this highly respected & existing service industry.

This would set the tone for a fast – track growth in the industry – both designation- wise, and also with respect to your salary packages. If your focus is right, you can even rise to the positions of GM & Vice President of a good hotel/Hotel Groups.
